Diversity in hiring
In the last few years, we have grown significantly, but we still have a lot of growing to do. In order for us to continue to bring great talent into Flagstone, our hiring process has to be first class and provide a great candidate experience.
We’ve put frameworks in place to ensure our team are educated on Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, and we proactively take steps to champion the hiring of candidates from underrepresented groups and communities, from how and where we advertise our roles, the support we provide candidates with when particular adjustments are required, through to ambitious targets we hold ourselves accountable to.

Getting to know each other
If you like what you've seen so far, we'd love to hear from you. This is a two-way process, so we'd encourage you to be inquisitive and ask questions throughout the hiring process, to help you build a holistic view of who we are and why you should join us.
Once our friendly Talent team have pre-screened you, our typical hiring process should run seamlessly:

In-depth skills interview with the Hiring Manager, peers and key stakeholder(s). This could include a technical exercise or a task.

A meeting with a Culture Champion to measure your alignment with our values and behaviours.

A quick-fire meeting with members of your functional team to get to know each other better, where we'll ask a few simple questions.
